Everything was perfect upon check in. We were assigned a lovely, well appointed room facing the Avenue. The room was warm, and inviting. The bathroom was fresh, clean and modern, with a sumptuous line of creams, soaps and body gels. There were two, fluffy, bright white bathrobes and the towels were also brand new and lovely. The bedlinens were the best I have ever slept in, the down pillows were a perfect fit for me. The hotel is in a wonderful location, and close to everything. The staff greeted us as if they were welcoming us into their own home. Such a warm welcome from everyone. You can tell, they love and respect their workplace and are happy to be there.
