Very well located. You can go around Tuscany and be based in Villa Sonnino. The people are just amazing. The hotel is family run and everyone is lovely. The restaurant is very good. The breakfast was a little disappointing, and no pool with the 40 plus degrees in August. The family rooms are spacious and with AC.
