We had our wedding at Villa Vittoria two weeks ago and our guests are still raving about it! We are a mixed Italian/American family and we believe that Villa Vittoria offered the perfect balance for our guests from Italy as well as the United States. The villa is gorgeous with flowers covering the property and a beautiful view of the hills and vineyards in Carmignano. Our guests were greeted with different fruit infused waters: a great touch on such a hot June day. We had our ceremony in the rose gazebo, which was simple, yet beautiful. The aperitivo that followed our ceremony was FANTASTIC! Cheers to Chef Vito who put out the most spectacular display of meats and cheeses, as well as hot and cold appetizers. Our guests loved all of the offerings. We also enjoyed the wine made by Villa Vittoria, which was a mix of local grape varietals and also biodynamic! For dinner, we sat by the pool which overlooked the landscape and provided our guests with a nice breeze and plenty of photo opportunities. Our guests are still talking about the mushroom pasta with pecorino and truffle oil…it was absolutely delicious! Dinner was followed with dancing and a mixture of small desserts. The donuts came out hot and fresh, our guests loved them. Desserts were accompanied with a coffee bar and limoncello, which our guests also enjoyed very much. We chose to use the olive oil made at Villa Vittoria as our wedding gift to our guests. Their olive oil is a perfect representation of the quality of products that come from the area and our guests were very excited to take it back home. Thank you Maria Cristina and Chef Vito for helping to make our wedding everything we wished it to be. We truly enjoyed the evening and we are happy that our guests were able to have such an amazing time as well! We would also like to thank the amazing waitstaff that worked the wedding. They were incredible and Camillo, who I believe was assigned to my husband and I, was simply the best! Thank you all 💕
