We stayed at this hotel on a trip to the Cotswolds. The welcome from reception was excellent, the rooms were immaculately clean and very well furnished. We ate in the restaurant where the staff we're very attentive and the food excellent, I had the rump of lamb and my wife had the linguine. Desserts and cheese board were also excellent and the service from Amy was very good. Breakfast offered a wide variety and the service from the restaurant manager was once again excellent The location is perfect for visiting all of the neighbouring Cotswold villages and the hotel is right on a busy High Street though there is no traffic noise. Parking was easy right outside the door I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody doing a trip in the Cotswolds as I consider it the quintessential English in. Highly recommended
