I have absolutely loved this beautiful boutique hotel, the location is amazing, there are many shops around the hotel and a pharmacey is right next door. The room was very clean, however what really stood out was the level of care and service the hotel’s team treated me with. I really appreciated Bruna’s help, she was so kind to adjust a mistake I made in my booking, I had arrived from the airport and found out that I made the wrong booking dates and she fixed it without stressing me, in fact she made me feel so welcome and at almost as if I am at Home. Thank you so much Bruna, thank you so much to the whole team, keep up the great work. I’ll keep staying with you every time I visit Lisbon
