I have never been so happy to leave a positive review about a hotel more than this one! Every single thing about The One Palacio da Anunciada is AMAZING!!! First and foremost the people that work there were absolutely the nicest hotel staff we have ever encountered. From the moment we walked in the lobby we knew we felt so welcomed. Our room was gorgeous with a very comfortable king bed and a huge modern bathroom with a great shower. We had a food and beverage credit that was included in our rate and we ate a casual dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious. They also left treats for us in our room when we returned from our day out sightseeing. In addition to all of this the hotel is in a perfect location! Right in the center of things but on a quiet street so it was the best of both worlds. We needed a taxi at 6am for our flight home and the front desk arranged it for us. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could!!! Thanks for the wonderful stay. We shall return!
