As a visitor from Japan, a country well known for its hot springs, I did not expect to find such wonderful hot spring facilities in Italy, and I was truly impressed. The quality of the water was excellent, and even later in the evening my body still felt pleasantly warm, which helped relieve my fatigue. What made the experience even more special was enjoying such relaxing hot springs in the beautiful atmosphere of Tuscany. It was a unique and memorable experience that I will not forget. The reception staff and the staff at the hot spring facilities were all very kind, and their service was excellent. I also really enjoyed the restaurant; the food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety of choices. However, there were a couple of issues with the room facilities. The door lock was quite difficult to operate, and the sink drain stopper seemed fragile and stopped working easily. Considering the price of the accommodation, I felt that the room facilities could be improved. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and was especially impressed by the hot spring experience. If I have the opportunity, I would love to visit again from Japan.
