Up to 120. The panoramic gardens take 120 standing for a ceremony, and the entrance paveway seats 120 for dinner with hired tables, or 60 with the hotel’s own. The osteria terrace and the Amarantho lounge bar terrace seat 60 each, or 80 with hired furniture; indoors, the osteria’s three rooms seat 60, the lounge room 40 and Il Visibìlio 30. The hotel sleeps 43, and Hotel Le Fontanelle, a six-minute drive away, sleeps 72 more.

€31,000 a night, VAT included, for at least two nights, so €62,000 before food and drink. City tax of €5 a person a night is extra, and a non-refundable deposit confirms the date. Everyone staying gets breakfast, the pool, gym, Wellness Sanctuary, tennis courts and driving range, porters and parking. If you want guests to pay towards their rooms, Aisle can collect those payments.

Menus are priced per person, VAT included, and do not change with guest numbers: a welcome aperitivo from €42, a pool party lunch from €46, a pizza party from €52, a barbecue or Italian market dinner from €88 and the wedding dinner from €150. Wine packages of one bottle for every three guests start at €38 and a three-hour open bar at €42. Drinks come from the hotel’s own lists, with corkage available, and at least one meal has to be booked with the hotel, served with one waiter for every ten guests.

Yes. The hotel requires a planner to work with its event team. Any tables, chairs, linen or tableware beyond what the hotel provides are hired by you and your planner from outside suppliers.

The Club House normally takes guests aged fourteen and over, but its wedding brochure offers cots, extra beds and children’s menus when a couple takes the whole hotel. Check the ages on your guest list with the events team when you ask about dates.

Not confirmed. The brochure offers ceremonies in the gardens but says nothing about a civil rite, and Le Fontanelle, the sister hotel, offers symbolic ceremonies only. Plan the legal ceremony at the town hall in Castelnuovo Berardenga, about 25 minutes by car, and the celebration at the hotel.

The hotel is open from 1 April to late November; it closed on 24 November in 2025. Outside the season the estate opens for private celebrations on request. Exclusive use runs from 3 p.m. check-in to noon on the day you leave.
