**Would not recommend staying at this hotel.** Unfortunately, the negative reviews are very accurate. I’m genuinely confused by the 5-star ratings, as our experience was far from it. The breakfast was inedible and didn’t match the menu description (several items were missing, including bacon, fruit, and pancake toppings) and the coffee was awful. When we raised our concerns about the breakfast and the fact that a staff member had eaten from our minibar (leaving the rubbish beside our bed), the manager showed no interest or concern. The facilities were also disappointing: the plunge pool was cold, the area around the main pool was dangerously slippery, and we experienced a power outage during one of our three nights in September 2025. We stayed in the Superior Suite, which was acceptable overall, but the bathroom flooded every time we used it, leaving the floor outside soaked and slippery. The “lounge” area was simply a few old floor cushions that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
