Booked this as close to Versailles where we planned to visit,but not in Paris with all the traffic etc as we were driving. Free on site secure/gated parking with many spaces available which was a plus point. Excellent front desk service. Reasonably priced. Lovely clean room and nice bathroom. Everything looked & felt brand new. Very very comfortable and large bed also. Another very positive point was that they had on site EV chargers (5) and these were also free to use. Also in the adjoining site was a lovely Italian restaurant (Del Arte)/pizza place. We ate there both evenings. Next to that was a KFC, so enough choices to eat. So all in all an excellent place to stay.
