Novotel Saint-Quentin enYvelines

Poorly staffed and disappointing Very unpleasant stay at this Novotel property - Room temperature: the rooms are freezing cold. I had to as for an extra blanket and yes could not sleep properly. The 3 People travellîg with me had the same feedback - Incompent staff: the staff at front desk, restaurant and housekeeping do not show the professional standards that one can expect from a 4-star hotel. Every interaction I had with a staff member was below par. - Horrible F&B; dinner tasted bland, the drinks were served after we finished our main course, the quality of the breakfast food is low (e.g. industrial bread, uncooked fried egs...) - Safety and security concerns: i came in the morning and my room was not ready, I was offered that the hotel would keep it for me - and at night I found it in plain sight bl the desk with no oversight. And then when the front desk gave me my room key she said my room number very loudly in the lobby while other guests could hear it (solo female traveler)
