The structure underwent careful restoration to preserve its original stone walls and architectural character while creating an elegant dining venue within its historic chambers.
Guests marry surrounded by centuries-old masonry and period details that evoke Renaissance Florence without modification.
We were staying in the area and went to Certaldo for an early afternoon trying to avoid the crowds at San Gimignano nearby. We happened upon this restaurant and chose it mainly for the beautiful garden and astounding views! We were then just blown away by the quality and taste of the amazing food we ordered. Our server was so thoughtful and helpful, and answered all our questions! It was truly a magical dining experience, and it felt even more special because we just chose it kind of at random! Don't be like us, and go there on purpose! You'll be so happy you did!
