Guests arrive at Κτήμα Παυλάκη to discover a sprawling Cretan estate where olive groves meet stone architecture, with sweeping views across Rethimno's landscape.
The property's terraced grounds guide your celebration from ceremony to reception, each space naturally framing the surrounding countryside.
Your guests will experience the rhythm of rural Crete—genuine hospitality, local produce, and the kind of setting where conversations linger into the evening.
Ktima Pavlaki is absolutely stunning — the kind of venue that instantly takes your breath away. Set among olive groves with sweeping sea views, it perfectly combines the beauty of the Cretan countryside with an elegant, upscale atmosphere. Watching the sunset here is unforgettable, and once night falls, the whole setting feels even more magical. We attended an event here and were so impressed. The food was excellent with plenty of choices — fresh fish, meats, and beautifully prepared appetizers. Everything was presented with care, and the service was warm, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. The staff really went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. What stood out to me most was the balance of energy: it was lively, full of joy and music, but still comfortable for conversation at the table. The entire place was spotless, and it’s clear the Pavlaki family puts so much pride and effort into running this venue. If you’re considering an event in Crete, I can’t recommend Ktima Pavlaki highly enough. Between the views, the food, the atmosphere, and the incredible hospitality, it’s a true 5-star experience.

What's included in venue rental?+
The estate provides grounds access, core buildings, basic tables and chairs, and parking. Catering, florals, photography, and additional rentals are arranged separately with your coordinator.
Can we host both ceremony and reception here?+
Yes. The estate's multiple terraced levels allow you to position the ceremony in one area (often the upper groves) and move guests to the reception space, creating natural transitions.

Rethimno is served by Chania International Airport 'Ioannis Daskalogiannis' (CHQ), approximately 65 km away—about 75 minutes by car.
Is accommodation available on-site?+
The estate itself has limited rooms. Most guests stay in nearby Rethimno hotels (5–15 minutes away) or other Cretan villages. Your planner can recommend options.
What's the best season to marry here?+
April–May and September–October offer ideal temperatures and light. July–August can be very hot; winter rainfall is possible but rare.
