Relais Roncolo 1888 is a beautiful property in a fantastic location surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. A highlight was the wine and balsamic vinegar tasting experience—the team’s passion and knowledge really shine through. The estate produces excellent wines and balsamic vinegar. The pool is lovely, and while the gym is small, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. A wonderful place to relax and experience the best of Emilia-Romagna. Highly recommended.
