Just had a pleasure staying at this property 5 nights . Fantastic charming monastery with a lot of character. Have excellent spa with salt Caves pools having Nacl and Magnesium salt pools. Very unusual spa treatment with scrubs and mud using grape seeds as well as sauna in the wine barrel. Breakfast is excellent. but the most important is the level of service that is higher than most of the others five star resorts in the area . You can feel that this property is privately owned and people have a pride in taking care of the guests. Elena Mora, Monica Collavecchio deserve special mention . No requests ,small or large, were overlooked. 5.0 in my book
