Relais Il Pozzeto in Anghiari, open JuneSeptember.

Relais Il Pozzeto occupies a restored rural property in Tuscany's Valtiberina region, commanding views across olive groves and the medieval hilltop of Anghiari.

The venue operates as a working estate with stone buildings, manicured gardens, and a swimming pool positioned to catch afternoon light.

Ceremonies unfold beneath ancient olives; receptions extend into the evening under open sky or sheltered structures, depending on season.

Carine & Mario at Il Pozzeto are the ultimate hosts of this idelic Regais high above the town of Anghiari in Tuscany. So secluded with views over the fields and mountains . A picturestic setting with gardens, pools, lots of quiet areas and a beautiful dining area. The rooms are wonderfully appointed, clean and very comfortable. Great views. The highlight is Mario, the primary chef and does everything for up care of the Relais. His breakfasts and dinners are the best we experienced in all of Tuscany. It was so nice to stay here and enjoy the meals three nights a week but you can Oder lunches and dinners if you want to stay at the resort. The staff were superb, especially the kitchen ladies and Maury, who welcomed us upon arrival. A beautiful pool area, although we were there in late Sept. and a little cool for swimming. However the lounging area and honor bar and ice cream was a special treat. The dinners were held in the cozy dining room and there was always a nice warm fire in the wood stove. With the other quests it was a very friendly atmosphere. Mario always adjusted his menu to accommodate our friend who had some food allergies. An added convenience was a charging station for our electric rental. The 8 klm road up to Pozzeto is windy and rough up hill, but the reward is up at the top. Follow Corrines instructions not your GPS. Anghiari is a lovely old Medieval Town with lovely views and restaurants. This is one of the finest places to stay in Tuscany, it offers excellent accommodation and food and a very restful place to unwind in the quiet hills. All four of us loved this place and would recommend it and return again if we get the opportunity.

What happens if it rains on the wedding day?+

The venue can arrange marquee or tented structures (cost paid by couple) to cover outdoor dining in the olive garden. The reception package includes chairs, tables, and linens suitable for covered or open-air setup.
