Asked along the way.
Can we hire our own caterer?+
Yes. There is no internal catering, but couples are welcome to engage external caterers of their choice. Vendor selection is entirely unrestricted.
How many guests can the venue hold?+
Up to 50 guests across outdoor and covered spaces. Indoor dining rooms accommodate 30–45 depending on villa setup.
Are civil ceremonies possible on-site?+
A private chapel is available on the property. Civil ceremonies can also be arranged at nearby venues in the Sansepolcro area.
What if weather turns bad?+
Each villa has an indoor dining room, and a covered pavilion seats up to 50 guests. The chapel is also available as a backup ceremony space.
Do the villas have air conditioning?+
No. Guests should plan accordingly, particularly during peak summer months. The Tuscan countryside offers natural cooling in spring and autumn.
What happens if our group rents multiple villas?+
Villas are positioned close enough for group coordination yet far enough apart for privacy. This works well for extended families or multi-couple celebrations.
