One of the best experiences we've ever had! The entire place is like a dream -like a Monet painting! They take care of every single detail! Every corner of the villa is decorated with really good taste and attention to detail, including beautiful fresh flowers arranged artistically. I could stay there all month to enjoy the entire library. The linens and shower are of exceptional quality, and the wellness area is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spectacular views. We even had an aperitivo there! (I highly recommend booking the experiences.) I feel like I could go on about it for hours, but to wrap things up, I'd like to thank Greta and the whole team for making our stay unforgettable, and especially for arranging my last-minute birthday cake. The 82-square-meter greenhouse—climate-controlled and fully customizable—accommodates dining and receptions. Ceremonies under 20 guests move indoors; larger symbolic ceremonies require separate tent rental. All other outdoor activities shift inside the villa's ground-floor spaces without disruption.
Can we bring our own photographer, florist, or music supplier?+
Yes. La Foleia has no restrictions on external suppliers. The venue requests a supplier list in advance so staff can brief unfamiliar vendors on the property's distinctive botanical garden layout and natural terrain. The villa maintains a curated list of trusted suppliers with 5+ years of on-site experience.
Is a civil ceremony possible at the venue?+
Not currently on-site. However, Orta San Giulio's Town Hall—one of the region's most scenic civil ceremony locations—is nearby. Several churches within 10–15 minutes also offer symbolic ceremony options. La Foleia's concierge assists with all logistics.
