We had an amazing stay overall. The room was beautiful and very clean, and the service was great and also the staff was very polite and friendly. However, the temperature in the room was very hot and unbearable. I didn’t sleep properly for three days. The hotel uses a central heating system, and the temperature could not be adjusted. The heater also couldn’t be switched to air conditioning. We informed the staff three times, but nothing was done until they finally brought us a fan, which helped only a little. For the price we paid, the room temperature should be adjustable, as not everyone can tolerate the same heat. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent.
