Beautiful location and polite staff, but poor management. We booked interconnected rooms for our three young kids — got separate ones instead, with no apology or solution. Hygiene and service need improvement, breakfast is very basic, and the hotel clearly isn’t family-friendly. Staff try their best, but management really lets this place down.
