Dr. Jeevashi Pareemanen

We had a wonderful stay at PortoBay Blue Ocean. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, soundproof, and very clean, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Everything is well equipped and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The spa facilities were excellent and contributed greatly to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The indoor pool is beautiful and very pleasant to use. One of the highlights of our stay was a perfect massage by Emmanuel. He took the time to carefully release the tension in my muscles and helped me completely relax. I would also like to thank the spa manager for her advice and for taking such good care when arranging our reservation. The hotel also offers many activities, which add to the overall experience. We had the chance to participate in some of them, and one particularly fun moment was spending an afternoon playing pétanque with Marianna who was very cool. Regarding food, we chose the half-pension option and the dinners were very good, with an appropriate variety of dishes. The quality was definitely worth the cost. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is cozy and relaxing, and the prices remain affordable, making it convenient to enjoy meals on site. The location is another highlight. Right next to the hotel there is a staircase leading to a hiking trail along the cliffs with magnificent views. It is a wonderful walk for anyone who enjoys nature and scenic landscapes. The service and staff truly make this hotel special. Their kindness and professionalism make you feel genuinely welcomed. A special heartfelt thanks to Sandra at the reception for her warm hospitality throughout our stay. Another thoughtful touch is that the hotel offers a farewell room and a luggage room on the day of check-out. This allows guests to relax and enjoy the facilities a bit longer before leaving, which is very convenient. The only suggestions I would make are to include, whenever possible, a map of the hotel premises so guests can easily locate the different facilities, especially during short stays. This would help visitors make the most of everything available — for example, we unfortunately did not get to see the adults-only pool. It could also be helpful to include information about the hiking trail in the welcome video on the TV so guests know they can explore it independently. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The relaxing atmosphere, great facilities, beautiful surroundings, and welcoming staff made our stay truly enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

Only spent one night. Felt like a high-end all inclusive resort. Beautiful views and scenery. Our room had a view of the sun rise over the ocean. Great value but you pay for it. Definitely treat your self and go.

Great hotel, with great rooms standard. Beautifully maintained gardens and terraces. Great service. Delicious dinner buffets. Located on a cliff with a breathtaking view. I was on a solo trip, but I would recommend the hotel for a romantic vacation for couples. During my stay there were not a lot of children, the place was quiet. I will have a lot of good memories from this place.
