Poseidonion Grand Hotel Spetses in Spetses 180 50.

Poseidonion Grand Hotel stands as the only Belle Époque palace hotel in Greece, offering destination weddings with 160+ years of hospitality heritage on the island of Spetses.

Built in 1914, this waterfront landmark delivers classical elegance and seasoned event expertise that exceed typical resort offerings.

The hotel's private beach, Michelin-trained culinary team, and restored period architecture create a venue with authentic historical character rather than manufactured romance.

This is a nice hotel but it is not five-stars. The pool is very small and there's no pool service. You fetch your own towels and need to go inside to order anything. The breakfast service has a lot of room for improvement. The breakfast staff aren't helpful, all the guests were chasing for their coffees which took 10+ minutes, the kitchen can't make anything off-menu even as simple as oatmeal (they suggested we mix the raw oats in the buffet with warm milk to make our own oatmeal) or sliced avocado or smoothies (only available every-other-day and can't be made otherwise), they weren't particularly child friendly, and the high-chairs were filthy and we needed to clean them ourselves. All the floors need to be mopped because they had a layer of dirt that left your feet black. The rooms are very small and the AC worked yet the rooms were never cool. This hotel is historic and grand but the service level doesn't match the pricetag. Our friends stayed at the nearby Nisia Hotel which was 1/4 the price for much bigger rooms, cold AC, and friendly service.
