We truly cannot say enough incredible things about our stay at Najil Chak in Tulum. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this villa was something really special, but what made it unforgettable was the people. Karen, the host, is nothing short of AMAZING. She went so far above and beyond in every possible way, always available, endlessly helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure our trip was perfect. This trip was for my sister’s bachelorette party, and Karen and the entire team helped make it the trip of a lifetime. The driver that Keene helped us coordinate with / introduced us to was phenomenal, always on time, friendly, and made getting around effortless. The chef and staff were absolute gems: warm, welcoming, and unbelievably kind. Every meal felt like a celebration, and they truly made us feel at home while still giving us a luxury, five-star experience. The villa itself is stunning. Beautifully designed, peaceful, and the perfect backdrop for celebrating such a special moment. Most importantly, it made my sister (the bride!) so incredibly happy, which meant everything to us. We laughed, relaxed, celebrated, and created memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re considering Najil Chak, don’t hesitate for a second. This place, this team, and especially Karen, will exceed every expectation. We are already dreaming about coming back.

Yes. The residence offers 12 rooms across multiple configurations. Block bookings receive 15-20% discounts; rates average $120-180 USD per night depending on room type.
What are the noise and timeline restrictions?+
Events must conclude by 11 PM. The space functions as an active art residency, so daytime artist activity continues; ceremonies typically occur 4-8 PM to minimize overlap.
Is outdoor ceremony space weather-protected?+
The main courtyard has a retractable shade structure. During rainy season (June-October), the largest studio space (1,200 sq ft) serves as weather backup at no additional charge.
How far is this from Tulum town and beaches?+
Located 2.5 km from Tulum's downtown and 1.8 km from Caribbean beaches. Most guests prefer the cenote swimming on-site over beach venues due to proximity and privacy.
