A wonderful hotel with the most gracious and helpful staff. This little gem was perfect for us, tucked away and peaceful, right on the beach. We must mention Selzin and Natalia at the front desk who were exceptional hospitality professionals. The room was great, the distressed mirror in the bathroom, though in-keeping with the rustic style of the property proved challenging to have a shave or do makeup. The continental breakfast was very limited in choice (but what was provided was great quality, especially loved the warm lemon shot and green juice). The a la carte breakfast menu could perhaps have reflected some more locals dishes. The menu for lunch and dinner was very good and the food was delicious (as were the cocktails). All of the F&B staff and all other staff we came in contact with were kind and warm and really this makes the hotel very special indeed. The art of hospitality is how you make people feel and we felt very welcomed and at home. Thank you all.

NEST Tulum is a gem. The design is stunning with a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural tropical vibes. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the beach and Tulum's best restaurants and attractions. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area is gorgeous and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a relaxing vacation in Tulum.

The hotel was impeccably maintained and featured a stunning jungle path leading to the beach. The exterior and sand were cleaned daily. The location is fantastic, offering a private beach section with exclusive sunbeds. Our room was quite spacious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
