We found ourselves in an unfortunate situation when the hotel we had originally booked was flooded, leaving us scrambling to find somewhere to stay after a long day of travel from Porto. Looking back, it may have been a blessing in disguise because we could not have been happier to find this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the customer service has been exceptional. We had seen the glowing reviews online beforehand, but honestly, they don’t do this place justice. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Not only is everyone incredibly kind, but they are also efficient, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are thoughtfully appointed, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well. From the moment we arrived until now, every aspect of our stay has exceeded expectations. We are so grateful to have found this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
