My Story Hotel Figueira – A Memorable Stay Strategic Location Perfectly located right in the city centre. Despite being in such a bustling area, our room was quiet, even though it was the second one from the front. The hotel is only a 4–5 minute walk to the starting points of trams 28, 28E and 15E, which meant we always got a seat. The receptionists were all very helpful and always greeted us with genuine smiles. Their welcoming attitude made us feel at home, especially Evgeniya Delightful breakfast experience, especially the ambience. Wood-fired pizza is included and made to order. The “pizza man” prepared each pizza with a warm heart and a lovely smile. Every staff member in the breakfast room brought a touch of sunshine to our morning, a true reflection of positive and thoughtful management. Like many renovated hotels in the city centre, the room wasn’t very spacious, but it was sufficient. We simply had to close our large luggage after taking out what we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows and mattress were great, and the mattress didn’t move when I tossed and turned on the first night due to jet lag. Overall A charming stay in a wonderful location with heartfelt service. We will certainly be back.
