Incredibly family-friendly hotel in downtown Lisbon. Our kids are 5 and 2 and it was really nice to have staff who not only tolerate kids, but we are very kind, patient, and understanding. The kids loved the kids club and we felt comfortable using their babysitting services on one of the evenings. The apartment was enormous and the kids had plenty of room to play. The location was also perfect for many of our activities. The hotel concierge even helped us book a few tours, which was very helpful.
