Beware! This hotel has strict policy regarding non-guests in rooms. I live locally. When I booked a room for my mom, I was not allowed to go up to the room with her even for a little while without paying an extra fee to add myself as an additional guest! This felt quite steep and inconvenient. The extra charges definitely add up and can feel unexpected. Another issue was the breakfast reservation system. We were asked upon check-in to reserve our breakfast times for the entire stay, and the last order time was early and inflexible, which made it difficult to accommodate our schedule. This rigidity took away some of the convenience that we expected. On the positive side, the hotel does have spacious, well-designed rooms that feel like small apartments, and the service is generally good. The breakfast is tasty, and the rooftop view is lovely.
