When we first went and toured the place it was good. The actual buildings are nice and the staff are helpful. They served us food during our tour and it was horrible. When we told them that they said come back next week to try actual wedding food. We finished negotiating to a good price and waited 1 week. About an hour before our appointment that next week they called us saying that the dates we had been looking at were now full and they were going to cancel our food tasting. We said we could look at another date but they said everything was full that month. We were more than willing to change the date and work with Mia Via to find an open date (assuming the food would be good) but they didn’t want to work with us. It was all kind of weird, it’s as if they didn’t want to do business with us even though we were wanting to have our wedding there. Why not let us try the food and work with us to find a date that works??? We even talked with the manager before who was the one who set up the food tasting appointment. We have done quite a few wedding venue appointments but this place was the worst on how they managed and treated us.
