I had an extremely disappointing experience at Casale del Murgese while attending a wedding in May 2025. I’m a photographer and my rare film camera was stolen during the event – in what should have been a safe, fully staffed environment. The management’s response was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, showing no empathy or willingness to take responsibility. Some staff did try to help and showed genuine concern, but their efforts were unfortunately overshadowed by management’s lack of professionalism. Because of how poorly the situation was handled, instead of enjoying what should have been a beautiful wedding celebration, guests spent the evening trying to locate the missing camera, which completely disrupted the event. Overall, this left me with a very negative impression of the hotel’s integrity and accountability. I would strongly advise others – especially those hosting important events – to think twice before choosing this venue.
