01 · In a sentence

Masseria Calderisi in Fasano, open JuneSeptember.

Masseria Calderisi is a restored 18th-century fortified farmhouse in Puglia's Itria Valley, originally built as an agricultural estate and defensive structure for local landowners.

The property underwent extensive restoration to preserve its original stone architecture while introducing modern hospitality amenities.

Today it operates as a luxury hotel and wedding venue, maintaining the authentic character of a traditional Puglian masseria.

The staff is outstanding and the food was absolutely perfect for every meal. We had bad weather but the staff and owner of the resort went out of their way to apologize for something that they had zero control over. Excellent towns in the area for a day trip. I Would highly recommend Masseria Calderisi.
