Masseria Chiancone Torricella in Strada Provinciale, open JuneOctober.

Masseria Chiancone Torricella is a restored 18th-century fortified farmhouse in Puglia's Itria Valley, originally built as a defensive agricultural compound and painstakingly renovated to preserve its stone architecture and traditional layout.

The property maintains its historical character while offering modern hospitality services, functioning as both a working estate and intimate wedding venue.

Its whitewashed walls, arched doorways, and surrounding countryside reflect centuries of Puglian rural heritage.

This place was incredible and I cant believe it was so reasonable. The room was dated but super clean. The shower was really powerful and good. We had lunch y the pool and it was really good. They have a piano that guests can play which adds something really special. The staff cannot do enough to make you happy. We asked if we could take wine back to the room and they said "you're on holiday, of course" that said when I swam in the pool there was a massive debacle because I was t wearing a cap! Some kind of rule i wasn't aware of. Amazing place. I would have liked to see more farm stuff as all that there was to see was a chicken coop and a donkey
