I don’t normally write reviews. However I had to - for this fabulous hotel. I simply cannot fathom the bad reviews. I booked, was then apprehensive when I read some negative reviews. We stayed 14 days in Japan, 5 star hotels throughout. Although I cannot fault any of the others (& did not write reviews). This hotel stood out as more special than the rest. Amazing. We stayed Valentines night. Arrived to free drinks & coffee upon arrival. In our amazing room, a little box of chocolates, mini cakes and a bottle of wine all complementary. Breakfast was sublime. Staff so helpful and friendly even left a little luggage tag put on our bags with a thank you note when leaving as a memento. Highly recommend. Thank you. Hope to be back soon.
