Elsewhere in Italy I experienced warm, attentive service, which made the contrast here especially disappointing. Until staffing, transportation and service issues are resolved, I would recommend avoiding this hotel. In situations like mine, guests should be offered compensation, I even raised this with customer service. Separately I found the AC in room nearly non existent with one of the two units not working entirely.
