The location is truly excellent and has a lot of potential. However, the overall customer experience could be improved. From the confirmation email and the list of extra activities sent only in Italian, to the lack of clear information and guidance about the property and nearby attractions, we felt that hospitality was missing. We were also disappointed not to be able to enjoy a wine tasting and sunset experience because we hadn’t booked it in advance. The staff seemed a bit distant and superficial, and the food was quite simple, even though a place like this naturally sets expectations for a more refined menu. The breakfast, while adequate, was fairly basic. That said, we would happily return for the amazing location and hope that with a bit more attention, the guest experience could be as wonderful as the place itself.
