​My fiancé and I recently stayed here for four nights on a half-board basis, and the overall experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is amazin.. ..clean, well-located, and offered a fantastic atmosphere for our holiday. ​The Highlights: ​Service: Most of the team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. ​Atmosphere: The "meet and greet" culture here is lovely and made our stay feel special. ​Value: The half-board setup was great, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. ​A Small Note for Management: We did have one confusing experience at the Sky Bar regarding the half-board drinks billing. While we paid our bill in cash every night, one evening a very young waiter asked me to sign a slip after I had already paid him in coin......something that hadn't happened on previous nights. ​Upon checkout, we were told that specific bill was still "outstanding." While the hotel kindly waived the charge after we returned later in the day to discuss it, it was a bit uncomfortable feeling like our word was being doubted when we knew we had paid. It appeared to be an isolated issue with one staff member’s handling of cash, rather than a hotel-wide problem. ​Verdict: Despite that minor hiccup, we had an amazing stay. We won't let one small incident with a junior staff member deter us from giving a 5-star rating because the rest of the experience was flawless. We would definitely return
