The best hotel experience of my entire life! We stayed 2 nights in this amazing hotel and my biggest regret from our Italy trip is not staying here longer. My boyfriend arranged 2 beautiful surprises for me and the team was so helpful and lovely through the whole process of planning and executing the surprises. The amazing receptionist Giada made all the arrangements and even went above and beyond to get Peonies (my favorite flowers) to decorate the room! The lovely Sara surprised us on both days with a lovely service and amazing breakfast. Huge props to both these lovely ladies and the amazing staff. Both rooms we stayed in (the normal and the superior) were beautifully designed and super clean. I can only recommend this amazing, luxury experience to all, who are visiting Italy.
