Hotel Villa Elda, a 19th-century Tuscan mansion converted into a luxury hotel in the heart of Siena, offers Renaissance architecture and manicured gardens as your wedding backdrop.
Built during the Italian unification period and meticulously restored to preserve original details, the villa maintains period frescoes and stone archways throughout its 12 guest rooms.
The property's elevated position on Via XXIV Maggio provides panoramic views of the Val d'Orcia countryside while remaining a 10-minute walk from Siena's medieval Piazza del Campo.
We stayed 2 nights on the second floor of the main hotel, and absolutely loved this place (be warned if mobility is an issue, there is no lift). Staff was friendly and well organized, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the rooftop terrace provides absolutely stunning views of old Sienna. It's about about a 15 minute to the El Campo, so a bit of walk, but located in a very quiet area. Nice breakfast too.
