I honestly don’t understand the few bad reviews about this great hotel, first of all it’s not Four seasons or Ritz hotel it’s a cozy family type hotel with great breakfast, it’s beautifully rustic in the Tuscany region. The landscape around it’s breathtaking as you can see in the videos, first one is the view from my room window. The staff were very nice and accommodating, the pool was amazing. The restaurant has great food, fancy presentation of the plates and great desserts, prices are reasonable for the region. The waiters Gracia and Monica were exceptional! Would I stay here again? Absolutely, and super recommend!
