I visited hotel Villa Rioddi in October of 2024. I stayed on my own for one week and it was an absolute dream. The staff were so hospitable and felt almost like family. The hotel was very clean, quiet, very peaceful at night, and the breakfast was amazing. They made unique food everyday for guests and took the time to present all of the dishes for everyone as they arrived in the morning as they changed each day. They made whatever type of coffee you would like and served you promptly. The location was so beautiful and the property offered a wonderful view. I walked into Volterra each day and although it was a bit risky given lack of pathways, it was quite pleasant and didn't take me long. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wanted peace and quiet, picturesque views of Italy and service that will make the visit remain in your memory as a place to return.
