Weddings here are exclusive use and nothing else: one event a day and no other guests staying at the villa.
The villa takes up to 150 people between its salons and a 9,500 square metre park of holm oaks, limes and pines.
Ceremonies happen on the lawn in the shade of a cedar, or under a pergola for a small wedding; drinks move to the travertine-edged pool, and the salons with their coffered ceilings are the rain plan.

The months the weather is kindest, with November mild too. Weather does not indicate whether a date is available.
The town hall fees are the Comune di Siena’s published rates for non-residents of the province: €700 for the Sala del Concistoro on a weekday or Saturday, €1,200 on a Sunday or holiday, €1,500 for the Loggia dei Nove. The villa publishes no wedding menu or exclusive-use price, and we have not estimated one.
Questions about the venue
How many guests can Villa L’Avvenire hold?+
Up to 150, spread between the indoor salons and the park. Under forty guests the villa holds everything indoors. It publishes no seated figure for each room, so agree the layout for your number on the site visit.
Do we have to book the whole villa?+
Yes. Exclusive use is the only format: one wedding a day, with no other hotel guests staying. The villa publishes no price for it and quotes by guest count after a visit, so ask whether the eleven rooms are part of the hire or charged on top.
Is a civil wedding at the villa legally binding?+
Check before you count on it. The villa’s site offers a civil or symbolic rite on the lawn, but the Comune di Siena’s February 2026 list of private venues authorised for civil weddings names four other places and not this one. The safe plan is the legal ceremony in Siena’s town hall, where the Sala del Concistoro in the Palazzo Pubblico costs €700 on a weekday or Saturday for couples from outside the province, then a symbolic ceremony at the villa.
Where do the guests sleep?+
Eleven rooms of 21 to 180 square metres sleep about twenty-four people, the Imperial Suite taking four. Everyone else stays in Siena. The villa has forty free parking spaces, but the historic centre is a limited-traffic zone, so plan a shuttle or taxis between the hotels and the villa.
Can children come to a wedding here?+
The hotel only takes adult guests and has no cots or extra beds, so families with children cannot stay in it. Whether children can attend the wedding itself is not stated anywhere, so ask the villa directly if your guest list includes them.
Are there dates to avoid in Siena?+
The Palio. The Comune holds no civil ceremonies from 26 June to 4 July or from 10 to 18 August, and the city fills up around the races on 2 July and 16 August. The pool at the villa is open in season only, so a winter wedding is an indoor one.
