We loved this hotel. It’s perfectly situated for anyone who wants to be close to the action of Zermatt without being directly in the middle of the hustle of downtown. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was very good. Rooms were well appointed and spacious enough to accommodate adventurer gear. And the spa was lovely. We can’t wait to come back!
