The property commands unobstructed sightlines across the Valais landscape, with modern rooms and traditional Swiss hospitality anchoring your celebration.

Guests arrive car-free to this mountain village, where the hotel's location on Winkelmattenweg provides both proximity to Zermatt's center and genuine alpine isolation.

Junior suites are spacious with great Matterhorn views. Staff was very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was terrific and plentiful and they offer baggies and bread for take away sandwhiches. Best part is the hotel has its own exclusive elevator to the gondola station. So cool! (And convenient). Berghof is one of the best examples of a Swiss family owned/run hotel in Zermatt.
