My sister and I stayed at the Hotel Firefly in October 2025 for 4 nights, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel combines modern Alpine luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculate. Having a kitchenette, comfortable living area, and balcony with mountain views made the stay feel luxurious. The location is excellent, central, with easy access to the Gornergrat railway, shops, restaurants, and walking paths. Overall, Hotel Firefly offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and excellent service. If we do come back to Zermatt again, my sister and I will most definitely be staying at Hotel Firefly.

Overall a lovely hotel with a nice spa. The service was good. The only bugbear would be the fact that the breakfast had basically no vegan options despite being told on check in that they would be able to cater for this as long as we wrote it on the breakfast form (which we did both days). I would have gone to the coop on the first day if had I known but luckily pre empted this the for the next day.

So glad we chose Hotel Firefly for our stay in Zermatt. Location was perfect. Close to the gondola. Short walk to restaurants and quiet at night. Hotel was decorated nicely. Rooms were spacious and well stocked. Staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Highly recommend staying here when you are in Zermatt. The Spa was so nice.
