Located on Matterstrasse in the heart of Zermatt, the hotel provides a sophisticated yet warm venue for celebrations amid the Matterhorn's iconic backdrop.
We stayed here for three days in March 2026, what a wonderful hotel. We had a view of the river at the front of the hotel. The room was clean, modern and nice and warm. The breakfast was amazing set in a lovely traditional restaurant and one of the best that we have experienced. The spa facilities were extremely clean and modern and puts many we have been to in England to shame. Unfortunately we did not get use the sauna as this was a naked place which apparently is not uncommon. The staff were friendly and helpful with special thanks to Olya who was super helpful.
