We had a very pleasant stay. Great location - few blocks to Paradiso, ferry and beaches; also store and restaurants are around. Free outside parking, inside parking is 20Chf/day (which is also a good price for this location). Free electric car charger. Nice size swimming pool. Decent breakfast (wish they don’t charge extra for omelettes). Rooms & hotel itself is a bit old and you can see some signs of needed renovations but hotel is a historic building with its own charm. Good value for this price overall.

What a great discovery: couldn't have picked a better hotel... perfect mix of tastful and elegant yet not too posh (very spacious classy rooms incl balconies with a view; nice hotel bar), great location and facilities (decent pool and on-site parking). Antonella (Guest Relations) makes you feel like a VIP from the second you arrive (in fact, even before - having proactively checked in re when we arrive, what we need, etc). All other staff has been friendly, too. Can't recommend enough - will be our go-to hotel in Lugano!
