Excellent stay with great service and comfort We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alpen Resort & SPA in Zermatt. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, location, and service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very cozy, with beautiful mountain views. The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels warm and welcoming. The spa area was a big highlight after skiing — clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent and perfect for families as well. Breakfast was varied and high quality, with fresh products and plenty of options. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel when visiting Zermatt.
