Lovely holiday. Service brilliant and loved the autograph restaurant and enjoyed orphelia too. The armonia restaurant on front was fabulous in day for lunch the buffet area looked disappointing so we walked through but didn’t stay to eat.. Harmony pool lacks sunbathing area in sun ,only area by road . Hotel is spread back through village we were lucky and had a room by pool and beach. Beach sunbeds were lovely and waiter service on beach great. Stavros in Autograph restaurant was fantastic ,professional,friendly and patient and the young lady who served juice ect from breakfast trolley and wine in evening was lovely. Elisa,Thoridis and Makis in Beach front restaurant fabulous as was food.Nikos barman in harmony brilliant. All reception staff helpful and most staff were excellent. The Corissa park entertainment area disappointing and pool is in need of an upgrade. The bar staff were lovely and worked hard but we found this area a disappointment . Hotel in good position for village and we caught bus easily to Rthymno and Chania was great little service.
