Looks a good hotel but unfortunately shit policy and customer service, unfortunately we booked and paid in full online which is non refundable, as we didn't want to pay cash at hotel the refundable option with just extra 5 eu, then due to change on trip date, we wanted to just reschedule and not cancel, but they said they can't do it in any way. So it's not about the booking you can keep ur funds but work on better than your shit policies and yes we will go to another proper hotel with proper management. Have a good day💩 . Edit: Damn why you are so professional that much to reply after 3 months lol 😬. Again, instead of using some common nonsense fake apologizes, first serve your clients with respect, not to ignore them and follow some policy which will get you the bad reputation!!
