Room service was impressively quick, often arriving within 10 minutes, and the pool area is truly stunning. There are also several loose stones and tiles on the staircases leading down from the lobby and restaurant, so it’s worth being cautious. The hotel’s shuttle service is convenient, but be sure to specify your exact destination, as drop‑off points can vary and may leave you with a longer walk than expected.
